The Asset Maintenance feature in asset module helps organizations efficiently manage and track maintenance activities for their assets. With support for Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance, this feature ensures assets remain operational, downtime is reduced, and maintenance responsibilities are clearly defined.

? What This Feature Solves

Managing asset maintenance manually can lead to:

  • Missed schedules

  • Unplanned breakdowns

  • Poor accountability

  • Lack of visibility on overdue maintenance

The Asset Maintenance feature centralizes all maintenance activities and provides a clear, actionable view for teams and managers.

?️ Asset Maintenance Dashboard

The dashboard gives an instant overview of maintenance health:

  • ? Overdue Maintenance – Assets that missed their due date

  • ? Today’s Schedule – Maintenance planned for the current day
