Dashboard


The Dashboard is the central hub of SocietyPro, providing a quick glance at essential society management metrics, ongoing activities, and pending actions.


1. Summary Widgets (Top Section)

  • Tower: Displays the number of towers in the society.
  • Unsold Apartments: Shows how many apartments are currently unsold.
  • Apartments: The total number of apartments in the society.
  • Maintenance Dues: The count of pending maintenance dues.
  • Owner: Displays the number of registered owners in the system.
  • Tenant: Shows the total number of tenants in the society.



2. Today's Bookings

  • Displays a list of scheduled bookings for society amenities (e.g., Swimming Pool, Gym, Tennis Court).
  • Each entry shows:
    • Booking Name: Amenity reserved.
    • User: Name of the person who booked.
    • Time: Scheduled time of booking.
    • Duration: The length of time the amenity is reserved.


3. Rent Payments Due

  • Lists rent payments that are pending or due.
  • If there are no pending records, a message appears stating, "No rent records found."



4. Open and Pending Tickets

  • Displays service requests or complaints submitted by residents.
  • Categorized as:
    • Open: Yet to be addressed.
    • Pending: Awaiting further action.
  • Each ticket contains:
    • Ticket Number
    • Requester Name
    • Assigned Admin
    • Status (Open/Pending)



5. Utility Bills Payments Due

  • Displays individual apartment utility bills.
  • Includes:
    • Bill Number
    • Bill Type (e.g., Water Bill)
    • Amount Due
    • Due Date
    • Payment Status (Unpaid/Paid)



6. Common Area Bills Payments Due

  • Lists shared community expenses, such as electricity bills.
  • Shows:
    • Bill Type (Electricity, Water, etc.)
    • Due Amount
    • Due Date
    • Status (Unpaid/Paid)


7. Service Clock-In/Clock-Out

  • Used for staff or service personnel to log their working hours.
  • If no records exist, it states "No clock-in/clock-out records found."
  • A "Clock In" button is available for staff to check in for their shift.



8. Today's Visitors

  • Displays visitor logs.
  • If no visitors have been recorded, it states "No visitors found."



9. Notices Section

  • Displays important announcements or updates.
  • Each notice includes:
    • Title
    • Category (e.g., Manager, Owner, Admin, Guard)
