Overview
The Package Module in SocietyPro allows admins to create and manage different subscription plans with specific features. These packages help in controlling access levels for users based on their subscription type.
Key Features
- Create and manage packages (Free & Paid).
- Define Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime pricing.
- Assign specific modules to each package.
- Mark packages as Recommended or Lifetime Access.
- Update or delete existing packages.
Accessing the Package Module
- Log in to SocietyPro.
- Navigate to Packages from the sidebar menu.
- View all available packages, including their pricing and included modules.
Creating a New Package
- Click on the Add Package button.
- Select the Plan Type:
- Paid Plan: Full access to all features.
- Free Plan: Limited access to selected features.
- Enter the Package Name.
- Choose the Package Type (Standard, Recommended, or Private).
- Set the pricing:
- Monthly Plan (e.g., $10/month)
- Annual Plan (e.g., $100/year)
- Lifetime Price (e.g., $199 one-time)
- Select the Modulesavailable in the package:
- Tower
- Owner
- Floor
- Apartment
- Tenant
- Rent
- Amenities
- Visitors
- Utility Bills
- Maintenance
- Notice Board
- Tickets
- Parking
- Service Provider
- Service Time Logging
- Settings
- Accept Maintenance Payment
- Provide a description for the package.
- Click Save to finalize the package.
Managing Existing Packages
- Click the Update button next to a package to modify it.
- Use the Delete button (trash icon) to remove a package permanently.

- Property Management Companies can offer different plans for tenants and owners.
- Communities & Societies can introduce tiered access for members.
- Business Organizations can manage billing and maintenance requests efficiently.
