Overview

The Billing Module in SocietyPro enables administrators to manage subscription payments, track transactions, and monitor billing cycles for different societies. This module ensures transparency and efficiency in handling billing-related operations.

  • View subscription details for each society.
  • Track billing cycles (Trial, Monthly, Annual, Lifetime).
  • Monitor payment history with transaction IDs.
  • Download billing records for audit purposes.
  • Support for offline & online payments.

Accessing the Billing Module

  1. Log in to SocietyPro.
  2. Navigate to the Billing section from the sidebar.
  3. Use the search bar to find transactions by amount, method, or transaction ID.

Understanding the Billing Dashboard

The Billing Dashboard provides an overview of all society payments, including:

  • ID: Unique identifier for each transaction.
  • Society Name: The name of the community or society subscribed.
  • Package Details: The subscribed package (Trial, Paid, Lifetime).
  • Billing Cycle: Type of subscription (Trial, Monthly, Annual, Lifetime).
  • Payment Date: The date the last payment was made.
  • Next Payment Date: The due date for the next payment.
  • Transaction ID: Unique identifier for each transaction.
  • Payment Gateway: Mode of payment (Offline/Online).
  • Amount: Payment amount (if applicable).
  • Action: Option to download invoices or payment records.

How to Download a Payment Record

  1. Go to the Billing section.
  2. Find the transaction you want to download.
  3. Click the Download button (⬇️ icon) in the Action column.
  4. The record will be saved as a file for reference.

Billing Cycles & Payment Methods

Billing Cycles

  • Trial: Free access for a limited period.
  • Monthly Plan: Recurring monthly payments.
  • Annual Plan: Recurring yearly payments.
  • Lifetime Plan: One-time payment for permanent access.

Payment Methods

  • Offline Payments: Payments made manually (e.g., bank transfer, cash).
  • Online Payments (Upcoming Feature): Integration with payment gateways like PayPal, Stripe, etc.
