The Employee Document Expiry feature allows users to securely upload employee documents, track their validity, and receive timely alerts before they expire.
This feature is available in the Employee View, where users can add and manage documents for each employee.
? Fields Explained
Document Name (required)
Name of the document (e.g., Passport, Driving License, NDA).Document Number
Optional identifier for reference and verification.Issue Date (required)
The date the document was issued.Expiry Date (required)
The date when the document becomes invalid.Alert Before (Days) (required)
Number of days before expiry when the system should notify the user.Alert Enabled (Yes/No)
Toggle alerts on or off for this document.Upload File
Upload a soft copy (PDF, image, etc.) for easy access and record-keeping.
Smart Alert System
The system automatically checks expiry dates daily.
Alerts are triggered X days before expiry, based on the value set.
Notifications can be sent via:
Dashboard alerts
Email reminders
(Optional) In-app notifications
This ensures no document expires unnoticed.
