Auto Clock Out Setting : -

The Auto Clock Out feature in our CRM is designed to enhance efficiency and accuracy in time tracking by automatically clocking out users after a specified duration. This setting allows administrators to define the maximum number of hours a user can remain clocked in before the system automatically logs them out. By configuring this feature, you can ensure that work hours are accurately recorded, reduce the risk of manual errors, and maintain a consistent time management process across your organization.

Attendance Settings : -

In the Attendance Settings, you have the flexibility to define the number of hours after which the system will automatically clock out an employee. This setting can be customized for each shift, allowing you to specify a unique auto clock out time based on the specific requirements of different shifts.

Allow clock-in outside shift hours settings: -

When "Allow Outside Shift Hours" is checked, the system does not enforce specific shift timings, which are essential for the Auto Clock Out feature to function. As a result, without defined shift hours, the system cannot determine when to automatically clock out users, making this feature inactive under these conditions.

Attendance details: -

In the Attendance Details section of the CRM, the system records the exact time an employee is clocked out. When an employee is automatically clocked out by the system based on the Auto Clock Out setting, the clock-out time will be accompanied by a tag labeled "Auto Clock Out". This tag clearly indicates that the system, not the user, initiated the clock-out action. This feature provides transparency and helps in distinguishing between manual and automatic clock-out events within the attendance records.
