Shift Rotation

Shift rotation is a work scheduling system where employees rotate through different shifts over a set period of time. This can involve working varying times, such as day, evening, and night shifts, ensuring that coverage is maintained 24/7 or across multiple time zones. Shift rotation helps distribute work evenly among employees, prevents fatigue from working the same shift continuously, and supports operational needs that require round-the-clock staffing.

Admin Needs to create shift rotation from setting -> Attendance setting.

Then admin needs to set Rotation name , Frequency , select shift.

Admin can set shift frequency according to company needs.

After succesfully creation admin needs to assign employee in particular Rotation and shift will assign whenever cron runs accordingly whatever you have set in the rotation.

Run Rotation. : If admin click on run rotation then shift will assign on the spot to the employees without cron.
