AI Tools (ChatGPT) Integration – Beta Release

We’re excited to introduce ChatGPT integration in Worksuite, now available in Beta. This integration brings AI-powered assistance directly into the application to help users work faster, smarter, and with less manual effort.

? Public release is planned for the January update.


? Beta Version Overview

The current AI integration is released as a Beta feature, allowing users to explore AI capabilities while we continue improving performance, accuracy, and coverage across the platform.

At this stage:

  • Core AI chat functionality is available inside the application

  • Selected fields and modules support AI-powered prefill

  • Usage tracking is enabled for transparency and control


? In-Application AI Chat

Users can now chat with ChatGPT directly inside Worksuite without leaving the platform.

What you can do:

  • Ask questions related to tasks, workflows, or general queries

  • Get instant suggestions, explanations, or content ideas

  • Use AI as a productivity assistant while working

The chat panel is accessible within the application, making AI help available whenever you need it.


✨ AI-Powered Prefill (Early Access)

For the beta phase, AI-assisted prefill has been enabled for selected fields and menus.

Current capabilities:

  • Auto-generate or suggest content for specific input fields

  • Speed up data entry and reduce manual typing

  • Improve consistency and clarity in text-based fields

More fields and modules will be enhanced with AI in upcoming updates.


⚙️ AI Tools Settings & Configuration

Admins can manage AI integration from:

Settings → AI Tools

Available Options:

  • Configure ChatGPT API key

  • View usage statistics (tokens, requests)

  • Monitor usage history by user and model

  • Refresh usage data synced from the OpenAI API

This ensures full visibility and control over AI usage within the organization.


? Usage & History Tracking

The Usage & History tab provides:

  • Total tokens consumed

  • Total AI requests

  • Prompt tokens vs completion tokens

  • User-wise usage logs

This helps admins monitor consumption and plan usage effectively.


? Beta Notes & Limitations

  • This is a beta release, and features may evolve

  • AI is currently enabled only for selected areas

  • Results may vary depending on input quality

  • Usage limits depend on configured API credentials
