Payment Gateway Settings Documentation

Overview

The Payment Gateway Settings module in SocietyPro allows administrators to configure online payment gateways to receive subscription payments. The platform supports Razorpay, Stripe, and Offline Payment Methods.

Accessing the Payment Gateway Settings

1. Log in to SocietyPro.
2. Navigate to Settings > Payment Gateway Settings.
3. Choose a payment method and enable it.

Payment Gateway Options

1. Razorpay

• A leading payment gateway for secure online transactions.
• To enable Razorpay:
  • Check the "Enable Razorpay" box.
  • Enter API Key & Secret Key (if prompted).
  • Click Save.

2. Stripe

• A global payment processor for online payments.
• To enable Stripe:
  • Select Stripe from the options.
  • Enter Stripe API credentials (if required).
  • Click Save.

3. Offline Payment Method

• Allows manual payments via cash, bank transfer, or other offline means.
• Admins can verify and approve payments manually.

Steps to Configure a Payment Gateway

1. Navigate to Payment Gateway Settings.
2. Choose a Payment Gateway (Razorpay, Stripe, or Offline Payment).
3. Enable the Gateway by checking the box.
4. Enter API Credentials (if applicable).
5. Click Save to apply changes.

Troubleshooting

1. Payment Gateway Not Working?

• Ensure correct API credentials are entered.
• Check if the payment gateway service is active.

2. Unable to Enable Payment Gateway?

• Some settings may require admin permissions.
• Verify if the API keys are valid.
