Overview
The Visitors module in SocietyPro helps track and manage all visitors entering a residential society. This includes guests, delivery personnel, service providers, and more. The system ensures security, transparency, and ease of access for residents and management.
Key Features
1. Add Visitor
- Click the "Add" button (top-right corner) to register a new visitor.
- Enter details such as:
- Visitor Name
- Contact Number
- Purpose of Visit (Delivery, Guest, Maintenance, etc.)
- Apartment/Tower they are visiting
- Check-in Time
- Check-out Time (optional, can be updated later)
- Click Save to record the entry.
2. Search & Filter Visitors
- A search bar allows quick access to visitor records.
- Users can filter visitorsbased on:
- Date
- Type (Guest, Delivery, Staff, etc.)
- Apartment/Tower
3. Visitor Type Selection
- When adding a visitor, admins can choose from predefined visitor types:
- Guest – Friends or family visiting residents.
- Delivery – Couriers, food deliveries, online orders.
- Service Provider – Electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.
- Others – Any other category.
4. Check-in & Check-out Time Tracking
- The system logs check-in time automatically when a visitor is added.
- Check-out time can be updated manually or captured automatically if enabled.
5. Export Visitor Records
- Click the Export button to download visitor logs in CSV, Excel, or PDF format.
- Useful for security audits and visitor tracking over time.
6. No Records Found Message
- If no visitors match the selected filters, a "No records found" message appears.
- Users can adjust filters or reset the search.
