Overview

The Amenities Module in SocietyPro allows administrators to manage community facilities like swimming pools, gyms, and courts efficiently. It provides options for booking, availability tracking, and usage restrictions.

Features

1. Adding a New Amenity

1. Click the "Add" button.
2. Enter the Amenity Name (e.g., Gym, Swimming Pool).
3. Set the status (Available/Unavailable).
4. Choose whether Booking is Required (Yes/No).
5. Define Slot Timing (Start Time, End Time, and Slot Duration).
6. Configure Multiple Booking Rules (Allowed/Not Allowed, Maximum Persons per Slot).
7. Click Save to add the amenity.

2. Amenity Name

• The name of the facility available for residents (e.g., Tennis Court, Clubhouse).

3. Amenity Status

• Available – Residents can book and use the amenity.
• Unavailable – The amenity is not accessible.

4. Booking Requirement

• Yes – Requires prior booking before use.
• No – Can be accessed without booking.

5. Slot Timing

• Specifies the start and end time for amenity usage.
• Defines Slot Duration (e.g., 40 min for Swimming Pool).

6. Multiple Booking Rules

• Allowed – More than one person can book the same slot.
• Maximum Persons per Slot – Limits the number of users per session.

7. Actions

• Update – Modify details of an existing amenity.
• Delete – Remove an amenity from the system.

8. Search & Filters

• Search by Amenity Name for quick access.
• Apply filters based on Status and Booking Requirement.
