Overview

The Owner module in SocietyPro allows the management of apartment or property owners within a housing society. This section helps in adding, updating, filtering, and exporting owner information efficiently.

Features of the Owner Module

  1. Add New Owner

    • Click the "Add" button to register a new owner.
    • Fill in details such as Name, Email, Phone Number.
    • Assign the correct ownership status (Active/Inactive).
    • Save the profile.
  2. Search Owners

    • Quickly find owners using the search bar by name, email, or phone number.
  3. Filter Owners

    • Use the Filters button to apply role-based or status-based sorting.
    • Filter by Status: Display owners based on their account status (Active, Inactive).
  4. Owner List

    • Displays all registered owners with details:
      • Full Name
      • Email Address
      • Phone Number
      • Status (Active/Inactive)
      • Action Buttons for updating or deleting owner information.
  5. Update Owner Details

    • Locate the owner in the list.
    • Click the "Update" button to modify details.
    • Save changes after editing.
  6. Delete Owner

    • Click the Red Trash Icon to remove an owner from the system.
  7. Export Owner Data

    • Click the "Export" button to download the list of owners.

Purpose of the Owner Module

  • Maintain a clear record of all property owners.
  • Allow easy updates and management of ownership details.
  • Enable seamless communication between society administration and owners.
