Overview
The Notice Board Module in SocietyPro acts as a centralized hub for sharing important updates, announcements, and notices with residents, management, and staff. It ensures that all stakeholders stay informed about community events, maintenance schedules, security updates, and other critical information.
This module allows administrators to:

✅ Assign notices to specific roles (Admin, Tenant, Guard, Manager, Owner)
✅ Update existing notices
✅ Filter and search notices
✅ Export notices for record-keeping
1. Creating a New Notice
To add a new notice:
- Click the "Add" button in the top-right corner.
- Enter the relevant details:
- Title – A brief and clear subject for the notice.
- Roles – Select the users who should see this notice (Admin, Guard, Manager, Tenant, Owner).
- Click Save to post the notice.
2. Managing Notices
The Notice Board Dashboard displays all published notices in a tabular format with the following columns:
- Title – The name of the notice.
- Roles – The user groups who can view the notice.
- Date & Time – The timestamp of when the notice was published.
- Action – Options to update or delete the notice.
To edit a notice, click "Update", modify the details, and save changes.
To remove a notice, click the ?️ delete icon next to it.
3. Searching and Filtering Notices
Users can easily locate specific notices using:
? Search Bar – Enter the notice title to find relevant notices.
? Filters – Sort notices based on specific roles (Admin, Tenant, Guard, Manager, Owner).
This functionality ensures quick access to important announcements.
4. Exporting Notices
To download notices for documentation or record-keeping:
- Click the "Export" button in the top-right corner.
- Choose the desired format (Excel, CSV, or PDF).
This is helpful for maintaining logs of past communications.
