Parking Management in SocietyPro

Overview

The Parking Module in SocietyPro provides an efficient way to manage parking spaces in residential communities. It helps administrators track, assign, and update parking slots allocated to apartments.

Features

1. Adding a Parking Slot

1. Click on the "Add" button.
2. Enter the Parking Code and link it to an apartment.
3. Select the status (Available/Allotted).
4. Click Save to add the parking slot.

2. Parking Code

• A unique identifier assigned to each parking slot.
• Helps in easy tracking and management.

3. Apartment Number

• Associates a parking slot with a specific apartment.
• Ensures that residents have designated parking spaces.

4. Parking Status

• Displays the current status of the parking slot:
  • Allotted – Assigned to a resident.
  • Available – Free for allocation.
  • Occupied – Currently in use.

5. Actions

Users can perform the following actions on parking slots:

• Update – Modify details of an existing parking slot.
• Delete – Remove a parking slot from the system.

6. Updating a Parking Slot

1. Click the "Update" button next to the parking slot.
2. Modify the details as required.
3. Click Save to update the slot information.

7. Deleting a Parking Slot

1. Click the delete (?️) button next to the slot.
2. Confirm the deletion to remove the entry.

8. Search & Filters

• Search for parking slots by Parking Code.
• Apply filters to view available or allotted parking slots.
