What is an Apartment?

An Apartment in SocietyPro represents an individual housing unit within a Tower on a specific Floor. Each apartment has unique details such as number, area, type, and occupancy status.

Features of the Apartment Module

  1. Add a New Apartment

    • Click the "Add" button to create a new apartment.
    • Assign it to a Tower and Floor, and define its type (e.g., 1 BHK, 2 BHK).
  2. Search and Filter Apartments

    • Use the search bar to find specific apartments by apartment number.
    • Apply filters to refine results based on type, status, or location.
  3. Apartment Details

    • The table displays the following key details:
      • Apartment Number – Unique identifier for each apartment.
      • Apartment Area – The size of the apartment (e.g., 2 sqft).
      • Apartment Status – Indicates if the apartment is Occupied, On Rent, or Vacant.
      • Apartment Type – Defines the configuration (1 BHK, 2 BHK, etc.).
      • Tower Name – The tower where the apartment is located.
      • Floors – The specific floor of the apartment.
  4. Update or Delete an Apartment

    • Click "Update" to modify apartment details.
    • Click the trash icon to remove an apartment from the system.
  5. Export Apartment Data

    • Click the "Export" button to download the list of apartments.

  • Helps in efficient apartment management within a society.
  • Provides a clear structure for tracking apartment details.
  • Ensures easy record-keeping for society administrators.
