Floor Management in SocietyPro

What is a Floor?

In SocietyPro, a Floor represents a level within a Tower where multiple apartments are located. Each tower consists of multiple floors, and each floor can have multiple apartments assigned to it.

Features of the Floor Module

1. Add a New Floor

   • Click the "Add" button to create a new floor.
   • Assign it to a specific Tower and define its level (e.g., Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor).
   • 

2. Search and Filter Floors

   • Use the search bar to find specific floors by name.
   • Apply filters to narrow down results.

3. Floor Details

   • The table displays the following information:
     • Floor Name – Represents the level (e.g., Ground Floor, First Floor).
     • Tower Name – The tower where the floor belongs.
     • Actions – Options to Update or Delete a floor.

4. Update or Delete a Floor

   • Click "Update" to modify floor details.
   • Click the trash icon to remove a floor from the system.

5. Export Floor Data

   • Click the "Export" button to download the list of floors.

• Helps in structuring buildings by properly organizing floors.
• Ensures efficient management of apartments under each floor.
• Simplifies navigation and record-keeping for administrators.
