Performance Module


The Performance Module is designed to help users track objectives, monitor progress, and generate reports effortlessly. This guide provides an overview of its three main menus: Dashboard, Objective, and OKR Score Report.


This module is a crucial component of our CRM system, which is developed using Laravel. It is designed to monitor and enhance performance using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). The module includes features such as dashboard insights, objective management, and performance scoring. Its primary goal is to streamline the tracking of employee performance to achieve better results.

Settings

The Settings menu allows users to customize and configure key aspects of the Performance Module. It includes:

  1. Goal Type Setting: Define the type of goals applicable for your organization:

    • Individual: Goals specific to an individual’s responsibilities.

    • Company: Goals that align with overall organizational objectives.

    • Department: Goals tied to specific departments within the organization.


  1. Key Metrics Setting: Create and manage metrics to measure progress effectively. Examples include:

    • Percentage: Track objectives as a percentage completion.

    • Units: Measure objectives in terms of numeric units.



  1. Notification Setting: Enable or disable notifications based on your preferences. This ensures relevant stakeholders are informed about updates or changes in objectives.


Tip: Customize settings to align the Performance Module with your organization’s unique needs.


Dashboard


The Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of all objectives and their statuses. It includes:

  • Counts of Objectives by Status: Easily track the number of objectives categorized by their current status (e.g., Pending, In Progress, Completed).

  • Graphical Progress Representation: Visual graphs to quickly understand progress trends and performance at a glance.

Tip: Use the dashboard for a quick performance summary and to identify areas needing attention.


Objective


The Objective menu allows users to create and manage objectives along with their corresponding key results. Key features include:

  • Create Objectives: Define specific objectives tailored to your team or organizational needs.

  • Key Results Management: Break down objectives into measurable and actionable key results for better tracking.

Note: Clear objectives and well-defined key results drive better alignment and performance across teams.



OKR Score Report


The OKR Score Report provides detailed insights and reports for a particular month. Features include:

  • Excel Report Generation: Download reports in Excel format for easy sharing and analysis.

  • Monthly Insights: Get a clear view of progress and achievements for any selected month.

Recommendation: Regularly review OKR Score Reports to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.




1. Meeting Settings: in the meeting settings you can give access to who can view, create, or manage meetings.


1. Meeting Dashboard


in the meeting dashboard you will find two tabs

1.1 Meeting list view:
The meeting list view is the default tab, where you will find a comprehensive list of meetings for the selected month and year, along with status tabs for easy navigation. You can filter the data by status, including upcoming, pending, recurring, past, and canceled meetings.


Additionally, you can filter data by the employee and search for meetings using the names of participants or agenda points.



1.2 Calendar view:
In the calendar, you can view meetings in calendar and filter data by employee. Additionally, you can search for meetings using the names of participants and agenda points.




2. Meeting Detail Page:

On the meeting detail page, you will find three tabs

2.1 Meeting Details

On the meeting details page, you will find all the basic information about the meeting. Here, you can mark the meeting as completed or canceled, and you will also see options to edit or delete the meeting based on your meeting management permissions.



2.2 Discussion points

On the discussion points details page, you can mark the point as discussed, add more points, edit, or delete the discussion points based on user permissions.

2.3 Action points

On the action points details page, users can add, edit, and delete action points according to their permissions. You can also attach this meeting to a goal or objective by clicking the add goal button.
