Appreciation is the recognition and expression of gratitude or admiration for the value, quality, or significance of something or someone. It involves acknowledging the positive aspects of an individual, object, or experience, often with a sense of respect and thankfulness.


Awards refer to formal recognitions given to employees, teams, or departments for their exceptional performance, dedication, or contributions to the organization. These awards are often part of employee recognition programs aimed at motivating staff, improving morale, and encouraging excellence in the workplace.


Ex : Employee of the Month/Year, Teamwork Award,  Leadership Award, etc.


 How it Works:-


For Appreciation we must add award first. 


Add Award :- 




Now we need to add appreciation after add award in application .

Follow the process :-



While creating appreciation we need to choose award and employee name along with date and photo.



On datatable page there is filters which we can use to filter out the appreciation .
