First of all, Thank you for reaching out and providing us with valuable feedback. Your commitment as a  customer is much appreciated.

                    Now we are introducing a few new features in our release.  


1. Improved project filters:


In this update, we made a new filter in projects. Now you can search out the projects according to the progress percentage.

                                                                           login > projects



This made it easy to find out about the project.And a new feature is also added to the project setting where you can make the default project status and edit it according to your requirement.


                                                               login > settings > project status settings



You can't delete the default project status. For deletion, you need to set another status to default and then you can delete it.


2. Set a custom month-for-year start in the leave settings:


In this feature, you can set leave count according to your requirement. There are two ways to set the company leaves for employees -


a.) Count leaves from the date of joining

b.) Count leaves from the start of the year

 

                                           login > settings > leave settings > general leaves settings


It will count the leaves when the employee joins the office.


It will count the leave from the start of the year. You can set them according to your requirement.


3. Assign lead agent in bulk:


Now you can add multiple agents while adding the lead agent in the lead form.


                                                          login > lead > add lead



4. Added an employee appreciation feature:


In this new release, we added an appreciation feature for our employees. It makes people feel valued and drives them to do their best.    

                                                                      login > HR > appreciation                                                     


You can add appreciation types in form of trophies, gifts, money, etc.

It will show on your dashboard.



5. Work anniversary widget on the dashboard:


Now you can see the work anniversaries widget on the dashboard.


6. Birthday notification added:


In this release, there will be a birthday notification so that everyone can get notified about fellows' birthdays. It will show on the dashboard widget and notifications.

7. Added Miro board integration for projects:

 

As a whiteboarding platform, Miro helps your team go beyond brainstorming, with a wide variety of tasks that require collaboration: workshopping, strategy mapping, agile ceremonies, UX research and design, product development, customer discovery, and process visualization. We added this feature to our Project that can be helpful for our users.                                    
                                                                login > work > projects

After that click on other detail and enable the miro board. Now you need to fill miro board ID and you are able to use the miro board. You can also limit the clients' to access the miro board.

8. Reporting manager can pre-approve the leave:


In this release, we also added a new feature that pre-approved the leave by reporting manager.

Note: Approve means direct approval while pre-approval means another approval by admin/HR, is required.


9. UI/UX improvements and Bug fixes:


In our continued effort to make Worksuite the most reliable, we eliminated a number of key bugs and improved its UI.
