Dashboard
A recruitment dashboard is a visual collection of data-driven metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reports designed to tell you how your recruitment funnel is performing. This includes data on total openings, applications, hired, rejected, new applications, shortlisted candidates, and today's interview.
1. Total Openings: Its shows the total number of jobs offered by the company in which candidates can apply according to their requirements.
2. Total Applications: It shows the total number of applicants who applied for the jobs.
3. Total Hired: It shows the total number of hired candidates who cleared the interview round.
4. Total Rejected: It shows the total number of rejected candidates who were not able to clear the interview.
5. New Applications: It shows the total number of applicants who applied for the job on the present day.
6. Shortlisted Candidates: It shows the total number of applicants who were selected for the next round after applying for the job, like phone calls and interviews.
7. Today's Interview: It shows the interviews which are scheduled on today's date.
Application Sources: It relates to how you happened upon the open position. Employers like to know what recruiting strategies and tactics produce the best job candidates; therefore, the information you provide in this section of the application is for employment recruiting purposes.
Applications Status: The application status tells you where your application is within the application process. It tells about the percentage of applied, phone screens, interviews, hired, and rejected statuses of the applicants. You can edit the status according to your requirement.
Active Jobs: It shows the total number of open Jobs which are shown on the career website.
Today's Interview: It shows the list of today's scheduled interviews. So that the admin /recruiter can easily check about today's interviews through the dashboard.
