To work comfortably with the software in hand, one must be well versed in its workflow. Thus, to make your work easier in RECRUIT, we are briefing you on the workflow here.




  1. Post Job Opening: Posting vacancies is the first step of the recruitment process, where the vacant positions are analyzed and described. It includes job specifications and their nature, experience, qualifications, skills required for the job, etc.
  2. Candidate Applies: Job Apply is a process of identifying, analyzing, and determining the duties, responsibilities, skills, abilities, and work environment of a specific job. These factors help in identifying what a job demands and what an employee must possess in performing a job productively and can further proceed from the career website.
  3. Interview Schedule: In this process, after the resumes are screened, the candidates are contacted through phone or video by the hiring manager. This screening process has two outcomes:- It helps in verifying the candidates, and whether they are active and available. It also helps in giving a quick insight into the candidate’s attitude, ability to answer interview questions, and communication skills.
  4. Hiring of Applicant: In this process, the candidates who cleared the interview round, are hired by the management. 
  5. Sending Offer Letter: The applicant has qualified in all the rounds of the selection process and will be issued an offer letter.
  6. Employee Onboarding: This is the final process in which applicants accept or reject the offer letter. After accepting the offer letter he will convert to a permanent employee of the company.
