Why is SMTP configuration limited to Superadmins and not extended to companies?

When you select "Email Verified" as YES, the email sent will have the "From" email as the superadmin email and the "Reply-To" email as the company email. No emails will bounce in this case.

If you select "Email Verified" as NO, then the email is sent from the company email. However, this needs to be allowed by your SMTP provider.

Everything depends on your SMTP provider. If you use a good SMTP provider like Mailgun, everything will work like a charm.

It's always the superadmin or SaaS user who manages the SMTP. If we put SMTP for companies, then no company will even use the application as no one wants to go through the tedious process of SMTP setup.

If you see any application like Facebook or Skype, they will never ask us to enter the SMTP details to use the application.
