We are pleased to be announcing a few new features in our most recent release as a way of saying thanks. The goal of these new features is to give our clients, like you, an even better experience.





1. Upgraded to Laravel 10 :


 As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our product, we are excited to announce that we have upgraded to  Laravel 10, the latest version of the framework. 


 Upgrading to Laravel 10 means that our product now runs on the latest version of the Laravel framework, which   offers improved performance, security, and functionality.



2. Added option to add bulk payments for invoices :


Adding the option to make bulk payments for invoices means that users can now pay multiple invoices at once, rather than having to make individual payments for each invoice separately.


This can save users time and effort and can make the payment process more convenient and streamlined.


Login  > finance > payment > add bulk payment



 

3. Advanced configurations added for Leave Types :


In this section, you can define who the leave is 'Applicable' to. You have options like Department, and Designation here.you can create different policies for different job levels or roles, based on the specific needs and requirements of each position.

you can set Leave eligibility based on notice or probation periods. you can set up rules around when employees become eligible for certain types of leave. For example, you may require that employees complete a certain length of service or probationary period before they are eligible for vacation leave

you can set leave eligibility based on job roles, seniority, or other objective criteria that are relevant to the needs and requirements of the organization. This can include factors such as department, location, job level, or length of service.

4. Added New Expense Report : 


In this release, a new expense report feature was added that enables users to enter their daily spending and examine those expenses by the name of the employee or expense category.

5. Added New sales Report : 

 

With this new feature, You can easily keep track of employee invoicing and its details.The report also offers a detailed breakdown of each invoice, allowing you to identify patterns

6. Added Gender Filter in the employee list :



The addition of a gender filter in the employee list allows users to sort and view employees based on their gender easily. 

This new feature provides greater flexibility and customization to the employee list, enabling users to filter and search for employees more efficiently.

Login > HR > employees > filter


This new release includes a new gender field. 


 




7. E-Sign can be added by the company and customer on contracts :


The addition of E-Sign functionality in this new release allows both the company and its customers to sign electronically.

Login > work > contract > action

 



You can perform a digital signature by clicking on the firm signature.



8. Added Date Completed Filter on Task List:


The addition of a "Date Completed" filter on the task list allows users to sort and view tasks based on their completion date easily.


By selecting the "Date Completed" filter, users can view tasks that were completed on a specific date or within a specific date range.

9. Added Start Date Filter on the project list:


By selecting the "Start Date" filter, users can view projects that started on a specific date or within a specific date range. 


Login > work > project > filter




10. Added Date Range field for shift Bulk Assignment:


The addition of a "Date Range" field for shift bulk assignment allows users to assign shifts to employees for a specific date range easily.


By selecting a start date and end date in the "Date Range" field, users can assign shifts to employees for the selected date range, rather than having to assign each shift individually.


Login > HR > shift roster > assign bulk 




11. Added Lead value column in Lead Table with Filter option:


In this new feature After adding the Lead Value column and applying the filter, you can select leads based on the minimum and maximum values of the Lead Value column.



Login > lead > filter > lead value




12. Now custom fields can be shown on data tables:

 

If you have added custom fields to your Lead Table, you can show those fields in the data tables along with the existing fields.


Login > settings > custom field > add field


From this point, you can include the field and turn on the option to show it in the table.

 


 

You may view the field you generated in the chosen modules by turning on the option to show in the table. 



 

13. In invoices, different units can be set for different invoice items:


In this new addition, you can set different units for different invoice items in an invoice. This can be useful if you have different types of items on your invoice that are measured or sold in different units, such as pieces, kilograms, liters, or meters.


Login > setting > finance settings > add a new unit 


You can add a new unit from here.



Once you've added new units, you may view them in the invoice.




14. Added calendar view for projects:



In this new addition, we added a calendar view for projects.


Login > work > project


Select the calendar option from here

.  



You can view the calendar after choosing the calendar option.





15. General Bug Fixes :


           In our continued effort to make Worksuite the most reliable, we eliminated a number of key bugs in the module.
