In our current edition, we are introducing a few new features.
1. Custom fields have been added to the lead form :
Login > setting > custom field > add lead
With the addition of Custom fields to the lead form like clients, employees, etc, our product has recently undergone an improvement.
You can now add custom fields for the lead custom forms too.
and the outcomes are shown below.
2. A new client column has been added to the payments table:
Login > finance > payment
Our product has just grown more efficient with the addition of the newest tool.
The payments table now includes a new client column as part of this new feature.
3. A date range option has been added to the mark attendance feature:
Login > HR > attendance > mark attendance
In this series, we added a date range option to the feature that marks attendance.
You can now choose a range of days rather than having to choose an attendance option one at a time.
4. Each ticket agent can now be linked to multiple ticket groups:
Login > setting > ticket handle > multiple group
Each ticket agent could only be connected to one ticket group prior to this update.
however, following this update, Multiple ticket groups can now be connected to each ticket agent. which is more suited to the aim of the work.
5. Tickets will be automatically assigned to agents on a round-robin basis:
The automated ticket assignment feature in our most recent feature release enables you to automatically allocate tickets to agents within a group in round-robin order.
A round robin is a method of selecting elements from a group evenly and in a logical order, typically from top to bottom of a list, and then repeating the process starting at the top of the list.
6. A new Lead report has been added:
Login > report > lead report
The Lead Report displays total leads, converted leads, total amount, converted amount, and total follow-up.
Now, tracking all of the reports is simpler.
7. A date range option has been added for multiple leaves:
Login > HR > leaves
In this series, we added a date range option to the feature that marks multiple leaves.
You can now choose a range of days rather than having to choose an option one at a time.
8. An invoice mark as send option has been added, which will not send an email to the client:
Login > finance > invoice > create invoice
In this new addition An invoice mark as send option has been added, which will not send an email to the client but will mark as sent so that payments can be added for that invoice.
9. The order number prefix settings have been added to the invoice settings for orders:
Login > setting > finance setting > prefix setting
A Prefix setting for orders is added in this release like invoices. A prefix is an affix that comes before the word stem. It transforms a word into another when it is added to the beginning of a word.
after activating this setting changes will be shown like this.
10. General bug fix :
In our continued effort to make Worksuite the most reliable, we eliminated a number of key bugs.
