As a token of our appreciation, we are excited to announce a few new features in our latest release. These new features are aimed at providing an even better experience for our customers like you.
1. Group multiple leaves:
In this release, we have added a new feature that allows you to group multiple leaves together. Previously, leaves were displayed separately in a table, but now you can view them collectively, making it easier to manage and track your leaves. This feature will save you time and improve your overall experience with our application.
Login > HR > leaves
After clicking on the view status, you can approve or reject the applied leave (as an admin).
and you can see the status of your applied leave(as an employee).
2. Monthly attendance email report:
In this feature, we made a setting to track the attendance of employees in report form. In this report, you will get a list of employees and their attendance with leaves and holidays.
login > settings > attendance settings
Check this checkbox to enable this setting. After that, you have to select the roles to get the report according to the requirement.

3. Set probation, notice period, and internships for employees:
In this release, we made a new feature to add end dates and duration of notice period/probation and internships and they will be visible on dashboard widgets.
login > HR > employee
After filling in the details according to your requirements you will able to see them on the dashboard.
4. Currency format can be set for individual currencies:
In this update, you found a new feature in the currency setting to set currency format for individual currencies that will help you to generate payroll salary in that particular currency format.
For that, you need to set currency formal from the currency setting in settings.
After that choose any one currency format from the payroll current settings.
5. The active timer will be visible on all pages' top bar:
From now the active timer will be shown on all pages so that you can pause/stop and check it according to the requirement.

7. Added Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down reactions for Task comments:
In this release, you can add comments and reactions to task comments. The thumbs-up emoji is used to express assent, approval, or encouragement in digital communications.
And a thumbs-down gesture indicating disapproval.

In our continued effort to make Worksuite the most reliable, we eliminated a number of key bugs in the module.
