CANDIDATE DATABASE
It contains the details of the applicant for future reference. You can add applicants to the candidate database from job applications.
After archiving it will store in the candidate database
REPORTS
It shows the overall records of the recruitment process like the no. of total applications, hired candidates, etc. It will be shown in the pie chart also.
Job Application: It shows the total number of job applications received from the career website and added by the admin or recruiter.
Job Posted: It shows the number of jobs posted by the company according to the requirement. It shows on the career website where candidates can apply.
Candidate Hired: It shows the total number of hired candidates. When the candidate has been finalized to be hired, you can change that job application status to Hired and the total number of hired candidates is shown here.
Interview Schedule: It shows the number of scheduled interviews so that one can know about the scheduled interview.
