Overview

The Societies module in SocietyPro allows the Super Admin to manage all registered societies. This section provides a centralized view of societies, their status, email addresses, subscription packages, and actions that can be performed.


Key Features

1. Search & Filter Societies

  • A search bar allows admins to quickly find societies by name or email.
  • A "Need Approval" button shows the number of societies pending approval.

2. Add a New Society

  • The "Add Society" button (top-right) lets admins manually add a new society.
  • Clicking the button opens a form to enter society details such as name, email, package, and status.

Adding a New Society

  1. Click the "Add Society" button (top right corner).
  2. A form will appear asking for details:
    • Society Name (Required)
    • Your Full Name (Required)
    • Email (Required)
    • Password (Required)
    • Phone Number
    • Country (Dropdown selection)
    • Social Media Links (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
    • Address (Required)
  3. Click "Save" to add the new society.

Editing Society Details

  1. Locate the society from the list.
  2. Click on the "Action" dropdown for the respective society.
  3. Select "Edit", update the required details, and save changes.





3. Societies List Table

The table provides an organized view of all registered societies. It includes:

  • ID: Unique identifier for each society.
  • Society Name: The registered name of the society (Clickable for detailed view).
  • Society Email Address: The primary email associated with the society.
  • Package: Shows the current subscription package (Trial/Paid).
  • Status: Displays if the society is Active, Pending, or Inactive.
  • Action Dropdown: Provides management options like Edit, View Details, Deactivate, or Delete.

4. Change Society Package

  • Admins can click "Change" under the Package column to upgrade/downgrade a society’s subscription.


Society Status & Actions

  • Active: The society is currently operational.
  • Need Approval: Societies awaiting admin verification.
  • Action Menu:
    • Edit Society Details
    • Change Package
    • Deactivate Society (if needed)








Understanding the Society View Page

The Society View Page is divided into multiple sections:

1. Society Information

  • Society Name: The registered name of the society.
  • Address: Location details of the society.
  • Status: Indicates whether the society is Active or Inactive.
  • Phone Number: Contact number of the society.
  • Email Address: Official email associated with the society.
  • Time Zone & Country: The geographical location of the society.
  • Currency: The currency used for billing.

2. Current Package

  • Package Name: Displays the current subscription package.
  • Package Type: Indicates if the society is on a Trial or Paid plan.
  • Trial Expiry Date: If the society is on a trial plan, this shows when it expires.

3. First Admin Details

  • Admin Name: The name of the primary administrator.
  • Admin Email: Contact email of the admin.
  • Profile Picture: Displays the admin’s profile image.
  • Change Password: Option to reset the admin’s password if needed.

4. Billing & Payment Details

  • Displays a payment historytable including:
    • ID: Unique identifier for each transaction.
    • Package Details: Subscription details (Trial, Paid).
    • Billing Cycle: Frequency of payments (Trial, Monthly, Annual).
    • Payment Date: Date of the last payment.
    • Next Payment Date: When the next payment is due.
    • Transaction ID: Unique reference for the payment.
    • Payment Gateway: Method of payment (Offline/Online).
    • Amount: Payment amount (if applicable).
    • Action: Download button to retrieve payment records.

5. Impersonate Society (Admin Feature)

  • The Impersonate button allows admins to log in as the society to troubleshoot or assist with issues.

How to Change the First Admin’s Password

  1. Navigate to the Society View Page.
  2. Locate the First Admin section.
  3. Click Change Password.
  4. Enter a new password and confirm changes.
